This Privacy Policy describes how Cosmic Flex (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the game on iOS, Android, or the web.
Cosmic Flex is a casual arcade game. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email, or other contact details to play. The App stores a small amount of gameplay preference data on your device and may show ads through Google AdMob.
The App may store the following locally on your device (for example via on-device storage such as localStorage):

Google and its partners may collect and process information as described in Google’s policies in order to provide and measure ads. Depending on your region and device settings, this may include device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information.
Cosmic Flex does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not use the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription tracking prompt to access the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
Where required (for example under GDPR/UMP), AdMob may present a consent experience so you can manage personalized ads choices.

The App does not include a separate first-party analytics SDK (such as Firebase Analytics) for tracking your play sessions to our own servers, and it does not create user accounts.
However, when you install or use Cosmic Flex through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may automatically collect aggregate crash logs, diagnostics, and performance analytics if you have opted in at the operating-system or store level. That collection is controlled by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies and your device settings—not by a first-party analytics integration in Cosmic Flex.
Depending on platform, the App may use standard capabilities needed to run a game and ads (for example network access to load ad content and audio for music/sound effects). It does not require access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location to play.
We do not sell your personal information.

Cosmic Flex is a general audience game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local score and mute preferences remain on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Advertising data retained by Google is governed by Google’s policies and retention practices.
Ad networks and platform providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by law, consent and transfer safeguards are handled by those providers according to their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
